Soup recipes, please!
If any of you have any good paleo-friendly soup recipes, please post them! I have a mad craving for soup but am not really sure how to put all my veggies together into a soup.
The paleo diet is really pretty simple: MEAT AND VEGETABLES. No grains, especially the gluten containing ones (wheat, barley, rye), no legumes (beans, lentils, chickpeas, etc.), and no refined sugar, especially fructose. If you want to get deeper into it, there's also a lot of specifics about the kinds of oils to use (i.e. use whole saturated fats not industrial seed oils like soy, corn, sunflower, and canola), and ideally all the animals you eat should live their natural life cycles eating the things they were evolved to eat. But we're all figuring this out as we go along too. The primary goal is to eat awesome, healthy, sustainable food all the time. If you have a problem with that, you can lick it.
i've always been a fan of butternut squash soup. i think it could be very easily modified to be paleo-friendly. Here's a recipe i found online:

you'd probably just need to find some way of making sure the milk and chicken broth didn't have weird stuff in them.
